Appearance: clear, very intense, deep ruby red with violet reflection, very thin violet rim, thick, almost oily;
Nose: clean, intensive, wel developing aromas, excellent, distinctive and clear nose, sugary caramel tint, vanilla and pastry, oak wood, nutmeg, angelica, roast, trace of smoke, roasted almonds, almost overripe fruit, raspberry, mulberry, strawberry coulis, plum marmelade notes, sugar molasses, a trace of spice, cedar, chocolate, mocha, venison;
Palate: dry, fresh medium acidity, fruity, rich flavour, very full body, quite a lot of all dimensions, but very well balanced, with moderate, fine tannines, confirming great fruitness maturity, sweet spices, coffee, soft herbal notes in the aftertaste, very long, tasty persistance, guided by freshness, fruitness, will be in its best in about two years, at least 10 years potential of quality aging, for consumation untill 2030.
