Appearance: clear, medium intense ruby, quite wide brownish watery edge, thick and lazy;

Nose: clean, medium intense, at first nose a bit tender, secret, mature and tranquil, dry hay, pasture, Mediterranean macchia, garrigue, tide, iodium, scent of plum marmelade fragrance, dried meat from grill, a touch of smoke, resin, pine;

Palate: dry, all components are in support to balance acidity, quite mineral, with light intensity, dash of pepper and coffee, medium body and medium short persistency in the aftertaste, very calm, to be consumed soon with simple, quite fatty dishes, excellent collectionable value from Slovenian Istria.
