Appearance: bright and clear, ruby red of medium intensity, medium wide brownish watery rim, quite thick wine;
Nose: clear and intensive, requires large glass to present itself, slightly herbal and spicy, opening to cranberry, brambleberry, plum jam and additionally mature sweetish aromas of vanilla, dried figs, musk, wink of stable and hay;
Palate: dry but lovely sugary, mature taste, smooth and pleasant, tranquill, quite fine, medium acidity and meiumhigh alcohol, flavour characteristics are confirming herbs, sour cherry and even chocolate in long peristing aftertaste bringing the palatable mushrooms and umami, savoury taste with medium full bod, excellent for immediate consumation, but can age for next 2-3 years.
