Serving
Allowing the full blossom of fragrances to evolve, the Santomas wines should be served at room temperature.

Storage
10-14°C is the optimal storage temperature as the higher temperatures accelerate the aging process. The wine should be stored in a dark and quiet room with no vibration or noise, never exposing it to temperature oscillation and light, with the ideal aging humidity around 55 and 75%. One of the important aspects of storing wine is the right position of the bottle as well. The bottles should be placed horizontally with the liquid touching the cork. The cork keeps the air out and thus does not dry, remaining intact.

As one of the first cellars in Slovenia Santomas wine cellar offers storage of the wine in the new wine bank.
